Our experience


Waffle Factory ® is the result of the experience gained by Belgaufre, its parent company, which has been making frozen dough for waffles since 1987. For many years it has been exporting its part-baked products to most of Europe and beyond. Its headquarters are at Tournai, in Belgium, a stone’s throw from the French border. This expertise in the manufacture of waffles, Belgium’s best known confectionery, brings to the concept a specific knowledge of takeaway food marketing.
The development of dried doughs opened the horizon for Waffle Factory, which is able to reproduce the same quality of dough, meeting the strictest requirements, in any location.

Its complete mastery of the manufacture of both sweet and savoury doughs has enabled the company to produce the first waffle meal, exclusive to our concept; currently the only such product on the market, a filled waffle which can be eaten without risk to one’s clothes.
Produced in the shop kitchen in full view of the public, the freshness and quality of the savoury waffle are guaranteed.

The range is constantly being developed to avoid the consumer becoming bored.
The concept attracts between 2% and 4% of passers-by.
WF has strong corporate graphics in keeping with trends and market requirements.
WF provides a fixed and approved specification for the establishment, floor space, equipment and services.
