Waffle Factory ® must be situated in a strong and busy location. The attractiveness of the location depends both on the number of passers-by, and also on the numbers working in the immediate vicinity (e.g. number of offices).
It can be located in shopping centres, town centres, tourist attractions, stations, etc… but always where there is a constant high volume of passing traffic.
The premises can be in kiosk or shop format.
The minimum floor area is 20 m².
Waffle Factory ® requires an available storage area of approximately 8 m².
The quality of the location is vital.
